I never take the time to write any reviews for anything I buy, but I think it’s worth it to help everybody else in this case. do not order from these guys unless you’re absolutely certain that you’re willing to go through hell and back if you don’t like your item or or they don’t respond to you. I decided to go with a pre-order from them to save money, but that was a big mistake because after the 77 day period of waiting for it to ship it never did and so I reached out to them on numerous occasions, I think three or four via Instagram and their website and email and every time I would send them a message about this they would say that they’ll escalate it to customer service and their higher-ups and I never got any response, just a one email reply and no follow up. Finally a couple weeks ago I saw that it was ready to ship and it did come, but I think that if I never said anything about it, it never would have came. these guys have horrible customer service and what’s even worse now is I can’t return a hoodie from them (one of the 3 things i ordered) because it’s saying it’ll come back in the form of store credit which I do not want because I don’t want to order from these guys again, so it’s just a warning to everybody that orders, please be certain you’re willing to lose money and go through stress and turmoil if you dont like the clothing. The quality is exceptional, but not worth the hassle. Better off getting a sweatshirt from aritzia or H&M with quality that is just as…
